Turnkey Lot Grading
Raw ground to build-ready pad — cleared, cut, filled and compacted to plan, ready for the footing crew on the date you scheduled them.
Clearing & Hauling
Timber, stumps and debris off the lot. Dirt in or dirt out, however the balance works on your site.
Construction Entrance Gravel Pads
Stone entrance built and kept up, so the lot stays workable and the mud stays off the road.
Concrete Slabs & Flatwork
Slabs, driveways and sidewalks — formed, poured and finished, so the concrete isn’t waiting on another trade partner.
From rough grade to final grade
Grading comes in three phases. We handle all of them — from the beginning of your building process through the end, all of your grading needs are covered by one trade partner.
Rough grade
Lot cut and shaped to plan, so you’re ready to pour your slab.
Flatwork cut
Sub-grade cut and set for driveways, sidewalks and patios — and we pour the concrete too.
Final grade
Finish grade at the end of the build, shaped for drainage and curb appeal.

Slabs, driveways, sidewalks and patios — poured, finished and quoted per job. It’s separate work from our grading, so take whichever you need.
